Every plate begins with the words themselves. They are read, weighed and turned into a precise description before any image may exist. Afterwards each picture is held against the text once more, and whatever the text does not carry is taken out again. This is slow work. It is meant to be.Jede Tafel beginnt bei den Worten selbst. Sie werden gelesen, gewogen und in eine präzise Beschreibung gefasst, bevor ein Bild entstehen darf.
